Accountability
One crew, one account manager, one number that holds. If something needs attention, you hear it from us first.

Our story
Old Pine grew from a single mower and a flower field into the grounds-maintenance partner trusted by communities across Northeast Florida — without losing the values it started with.
Who we are
We're a family-owned company, and we run our contracts the way we'd want our own neighborhood cared for: dependable crews, honest estimates, and grounds we're proud to put our name on.
Old Pine Landscaping & Farms serves HOAs, condominium associations, and government facilities with commercial grounds maintenance, Property Health Audit and Lake Management. What sets us apart is simple — we grow much of our own seasonal color on the family farm, we assign one accountable crew to your property, and we treat every contract as a relationship, not a transaction.
When a board switches to Old Pine, they're not just hiring a vendor. They're getting a partner who shows up, communicates clearly, and cares about the land as much as they do.
What we stand for
These aren't wall posters. They're the standards our crews are held to on every property, every week.
One crew, one account manager, one number that holds. If something needs attention, you hear it from us first.
Healthy turf, clean water, and thriving beds. We manage the land for the long term, not just the next mow.
We hire for character, train for craft, and treat our crews and clients like neighbors — because most of them are.
Same crew, same schedule, same standard. Reliability is the product — everything else follows from it.

Farm to front entrance
Most landscapers buy their seasonal color off a truck. We grow much of ours on our own working flower farm — which means fresher plantings, better color, and a supply we control.

One crew, one standard
We're family-owned, but the way we were raised shows up in every crew member who wears the Old Pine name — because we hire for character and teach our standards from day one.

Trained, not just hired
Every Old Pine employee — from a first-week crew member to a site lead — goes through hands-on training before they touch your property. It's how we keep quality consistent across every community we manage.

We'd love to walk your community or facility and show you what reliable, family-run grounds maintenance looks like.
